New PC, SWBF2 Mouse Malfunction
Just in case any one else has had this, I just got a new PC and wanted to see Battlefront2 on it, and the mouse has had issues from the moment I first loaded the game. First time loading, no mouse cursor visible. Second time and thereafter it appeared. But once in game I could only turn left or right a maximum of 90 degrees if that. I'd have to upload a video to show how wack it was. The game's just bugging out with my Deathadder Elite and Synapse 4 software from Razer. I've never had this problem before.
Not connected to Internet??
I'm getting this error when trying to start Jedi: Fallen Order "We've noticed your computer is currently offline. to activate your game on this computer using your EA Account, you'll need to connect to the internet" I've literally tried everything. Disabling Firewalls and antivirus, restarting app, repairing app, reseting network settings, reinstalling EA, trying to install an old version, running the app on another device, changing from wifi to ethernet, etc. Please help. I spent money on this game and want to be able to play it. Can't find anything that works online
My game vanished
I bought battlefront 2 this may and i have played it since. Today i wanted to play it with my friend and it suddenly vanished. on EA it says i dont have the game that i never bought it. Just so you know i bought it through a key on G2A there were no problems for 7 months so i wonder what happened because im not going to spend 40 dollars for it.Lore consistency issues in Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and Survivor
Hello there, I’m a big Star Wars fan and I genuinely love both Jedi: Fallen Order and Jedi: Survivor. The story, atmosphere, and especially the Vader scenes are amazing. That’s why some small but important lore issues really stand out. In both games there are scenes where ships jump to hyperspace while still inside a planet’s atmosphere. This breaks long-established Star Wars rules and feels unnecessary, since a slightly longer cutscene could have avoided it completely. Another moment that bothered me is the ending of Fallen Order. Vader stabbing Cal straight through the torso with a lightsaber is an incredible scene — but then it’s barely acknowledged afterwards. That’s an injury that should be fatal. If Cal was meant to survive, the scene could have been handled differently. These are small details, but they break immersion in games that otherwise show a lot of love for Star Wars. I hope future titles pay a bit more attention to these kinds of lore details.Frozen EA User Agreement
Just purchased Jedi: Fallen Order and I'm unable to sign the EA User Agreement. I'd describe it as "frozen" because all inputs from the controller inside the game cease to work. However, it's simple to get out of the game and close it with the controller. I've tried essentially everything. Multiple downloads, restored licenses, booting in safe mode, syncing and resyncing EA profile with Sony profile, contacted the live support. Completely broken.
Problems with loosing progression
My EA account and my PS5 account are all linked but when I sign into Madden 26 or battlefield six all of my progression, my level is erased. What do I do? I’ve tried launching the game closing the game and it keeps taking me a level one or on Madden 26 saying I’ve never played it
Error 4270 Star Wars Squadrons
Posting this again since EA closed down the other thread regarding error 4270 in Star Wars Squadrons - claiming it was “necroposting” without offering any solutions or updates… Here is my original reply to another player - and several other players who posted within the last few weeks - regarding this multiplayer invite issue. I am able to invite at least one other XBox player to multiplayer in crossplay, but not other PC/Steam players… “I am on Steam and can successfully invite my buddy on Xbox using his EA ID, but I cannot invite any other steam friends using their steam ID or EA ID - I’ll get error code 4270 for all of them. It sucks because a couple of them just bought the game during the Christmas 2024 steam sale and we can’t play together at all… We’ve tried turning off crossplay, exiting the game, logging back in and turning crossplay back on - doesn’t work. Restarting the PCs also doesn’t work. EA!!!! HELP!!!!” The response from EA’s community manager (five days later) “Closing thread to avoid necroposting. If needed, please feel free to start a new topic.” Well EA, here’s your new thread on this SAME topic that your players are STILL having and are STILL recently posting about in a thread that is definitely not “necro…”
Can't move in Dathomir once I reach the Astrium
Product: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order Platform:PC Summarize your bug This bug prevents a cutscene from playing, and leaves Cal stuck. How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? After defeating Malicos, save the game and then go to where the Astrium is. There, a cutscene will play. Go to the settings and exit the game to desktop in the middle of the cutscene. Open the game again, and go to the Astrium. What happens when the bug occurs? The cutscene will fail to play, and Cal will be stuck at his current position. You can still move the camera with your mouse and access the settings by pressing Esc, but you will no longer be able to move Cal, activate your lightsaber, and even access the map. What do you expect to see? The cutscene to play again since the save point was made BEFORE the cutscene played. I tried all tutorials on youtube but still nothing works do i just stop trying and stop using EA and buy the game on steam or just wait or what? Why does my EA game Star Wars Squadrons keep asking to verify me?
I bought SW Squadrons via Steam back in 2020 and every time I try to play it recently it always tries to ask me to verify who I am....why, my Steam account and EA accounts are linked, yet it does not recognise who I am automatically and EA doesn't seem to know I own the game via Steam? This is probably what is causing the other issue I am having with this game getting stuck at the verification screen.
star wars battlefront dolby atmos not working
Hello, Dolby Atmos is not working in Star Wars Battlefront. The option under sound settings is greyed out and not selectable. I am using Windows 10 x64 bit (latest build) and Nvdia 970 GTX (latest drivers) with hdmi going to Yamaha RX-2040 Dolby Atmos Amp. I can play Atmos movies normaly, but no option as advertised for the game. Is Dolby Atmos working for anyone else? Is there a workaround or a patch that can fix it?
Idea
So this is just in hopes a member from EA or Respawn entertainment sees but I wanted to pitch an idea for a Star Wars fighting game using the Jedi Fallen Order and Jedi Survivor mechanics I’ve thought about this idea ever since Jedi Fallen Order came out I do have a background in computer programming and some graphic designing but I’ve thought about this idea for a while and have looked into working for Respawn entertainment but they are not offering quite what I’m looking for since I want to possibly design something for Many players to enjoy I hope someone find interest in this discussion I’d be happy to answer any questions about what Idea I’ve come up with
